The Urban Land Institute is marking the 75-year anniversary of its founding on December 14, 1936, with ULI Day, a global day of recognition for ULI and its members who have provided leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.

Governors, mayors, and community leaders around the globe will celebrate ULI's contributions toward leadership, setting the stage for future community-building partnerships. As part of a yearlong global initiative, ULI will use this milestone to engage with businesses, academia, media, public officials, foundations, and others to support innovation in the fields of real estate and land use.
