I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if pre-registration has closed (pre-registration often closes one day before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.
I’d like to attend an event but pre-registration is closed. Can I still go?
Yes, you can still show up and register onsite (unless the event is sold-out). Please note that for most events, registration fees increase by $5-15 post pre-registration. To check availability, please call 210.887.0051.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the login page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI San Antonio emails?
Have you added ULI San Antonio to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. Check your email preferences in your profile to make sure you have not opted out of emails. If your information is up-to-date, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.
My company is a ULI San Antonio Annual Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of tickets a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits page, review the sponsorship levels, and note the number of complimentary registrations associated with each level. To utilize your sponsor comp tickets for events, please forward the contact information of your guests to [email protected].
How do I become a member/renew my membership?
Visit the ULI Membership page to renew your membership or decide which membership level is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our staff.
I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please visit the Get Involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information.
