STRUCTURE
The program will be overseen by 2024-25 Mentorship Forum Co-Chairs Chris Martinez (KW Landscape Architects) and Whitney Snell (JLL) with assistance from ULI District Leadership. There will be 5 groups, each consisting of no more than 10 U35 members (“mentees”) from different professional backgrounds and organizations, one Mentor, and one committee member liaison. Each of the 5 groups will elect one group lead. Diversity is a key component to the program as it is focused on exposing the mentees to the real estate industry and allows for more candid discussions. Each group will have one mentor, one group lead and one committee member liaison.
