Mary Frances joins ULI San Antonio with a strong background in land conservation, environmental policy, and organizational management. She most recently served as Policy and Administrative Coordinator at the Texas Agricultural Land Trust, where she supported statewide initiatives to advance private land conservation. Before that, she managed land conservation and stewardship programs with the Cumberland River Compact in Nashville, overseeing conservation easements and community partnerships. Mary Frances holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Environment and Sustainability from The University of the South. Her work has consistently bridged environmental stewardship, program coordination, and community engagement – working across sectors to align environmental and development goals uniquely positions her to foster collaboration within ULI’s diverse network of members and stakeholders.
