Join us at La Gloria at Brooks, located at 7622 Kennedy Hill Dr, San Antonio, TX 78235 for a bus tour and happy hour to discover one of San Antonio’s fastest growing communities on Thursday, February 23rd from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, led by Connie Gonzalez, the Chief Strategy Officer for Brooks.

From one idea, amazing things can come like transforming a former 1,308-acre Air Force Base into a catalyst for business and career opportunities.

Brooks is home to more than 50 businesses. Along the tour we will see five international companies that call Brooks home to include the second French-based company, Bakerly, which is expected to open late summer. In addition, two Class A Office Buildings totaling 200,000SF, the first of its kind in southeast San Antonio, are expected to be completed this fall. Transwestern is the broker of record for these buildings, WatersEdge I & II.

Today, there are 2,300 Brooks residents, and there are two single-family residential communities underway. The first, for-sale residential community, Southlake, is being developed by Terramark Urban Homes, and a for-rent community, Los Cielos, by AHV. In addition, Morgan Group is developing two multi-family projects to include the Caroline, which will be 373 units.

Appetizers have been graciously provided by La Gloria. Other eats/drinks are on your own.
