Join ULI San Antonio for a mixer at Fontaine's Southern Diner & Bar - a new, late-night dining option on St. Mary's at Elmira. Chef Tim Rattray of The Granary and Luis Miguel Martinez with AREA Real Estate will be on hand to show you their latest creation at Midtown Station.
Fontaine's is a 2,063-square-foot converted gas station at the corner of North St. Mary's and East Elmira streets that features a bar and indoor seating, as well as a large patio, which can hold up to 90 people. Lawn games will also be present on the outside, adding to the casual ambiance. The new restaurant was designed and built by AREA Real Estate.
with the restaurant space is a two-story, 15,000-square-foot retail building that is home to two health and wellness tenants, including Black Swan Yoga. The property is adjacent to the 16 colorful columns under the I-35 overpass that were painted by the San Antonio Street Art Initiative this past Fall.
