What can the real estate industry expect in the coming months ahead? Join ULI San Antonio on Wednesday, January 8th, for our most popular Leadership Luncheon of the year!

To learn how broader mega trends are shaping the future of commercial real estate investment, you can’t do better than our Featured Speaker, Spencer Levy. In his role as CBRE’s Chairman of Americas Research & Senior Economic Advisor, Spencer serves as a leading voice on national real estate issues. From defining the macroeconomic forces behind the urban renaissance that local business is currently experiencing to the new desire for a “Live/Work/Play” environment in the workplace, you are sure to gain some valuable insights into the future of the built environment.

Following his presentation, Spencer will join local leaders Randy Smith, President of Weston Urban and Jenna Saucedo-Herrera, President/CEO of the SAEDF, on the stage for a conversation, moderated by CBRE San Antonio’s Gene Williams. The discussion will be about plans in the works for future regional economic development that will take San Antonio and the surrounding area to the next level. Hindsight may be 20/20, but on January 8th, all eyes will be focused on what’s ahead for San Antonio this year.
