ULI San Antonio Member & Intern Happy Hour at The Bunker Mixology
Join ULI San Antonio for the next in a monthly series of Happy Hours. This month's mixer for ULI members will be held at The Bunker Mixology. ULI members are encouraged to bring your interns this month. Drinks and eats are on your own.
Local hospitality group Gusto Group USA, the group behind Toro Kitchen + Bar and Cuishe Cocina Mexicana's latest endeavor is The Bunker Mixology, which is located in a subterranean space at 229 E. Houston St. The Bunker Mixology is part lounge, part speakeasy, and fully underground, giving some heft to the bar's name. The vibe is basically "it's the end of the world" but make it fancy, with old-timey decor, including a 1952 MG and replicas of classic artworks, and a modern bar program. Think if The Great Gatsby was set in a post-apocalyptic future, where the party-goers chat about human history over artfully crafted cocktails.
