Technical Assistance Program (TAPs)

Public agencies, private firms, and non-profit organizations facing complex land use and redevelopment project issues can get expert and objective advice with the help of TAPs—Technical Assistance Panels—offered by ULI San Antonio.

Technical Assistance Program (TAPs)

The ULI San Antonio Technical Assistance Program (TAP) is a service offered as part of ULI’s community outreach efforts. The Technical Assistance Program brings the finest expertise in the real estate, planning and development fields together to collaborate on complex land use and redevelopment projects.

Drawing from its extensive membership base, ULI San Antonio can conduct panels to offer objective and responsible advice on a wide variety of land use and real estate issues ranging from site-specific projects to public policy questions. The TAP is intentionally flexible to provide sponsoring organizations a customized approach to specific land use and real estate issues.
