The RECSA & ULI San Antonio Real Estate Forum is an event focused on examining the latest trends, strategies, risks, and opportunities within the real estate sector in San Antonio. This event aims to bring together leading decision-makers, industry experts, and innovative thinkers to share insights and discuss the future of economic development, infrastructure, and housing.

The forum is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024 and will be held at the new InterContinental Hotel in downtown San Antonio from 2:30 – 5:15 pm, with a networking event featuring exhibitions on emerging real estate and land use projects to follow until 7:00 pm.

Kenneth Perlman
Managing Principal
John Burns Research & Consulting
Kenneth has 20+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and has directed analyses of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States, including master-planned communities, active adult housing, high-rise and urban projects, and commercial and retail developments. Before joining John Burns Research and Consulting, Kenneth was Senior Vice President of a national real estate advisory firm. He began his career as a residential land broker with Grubb & Ellis. Kenneth graduated with a BA in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego and has an MBA from the University of San Diego. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Community Development Council (CDC).
