INFILL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
INFILL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
Development and redevelopment within previously-built areas present unique opportunities and challenges. Infill development optimizes existing infrastructure investments to provide a more efficient delivery of public services, but is often fraught with unforeseen obstacles that can impact cost and threaten project viability.
The 2019 Infill Development Workshop is an opportunity for professionals across the development field to learn about available tools, policies, and programs, as well as the right City department contacts for each level of project development. A series of local case studies, presented by their respective development teams, will expose the unique circumstances, challenges, and benefits of infill development in San Antonio.
