Join ULI San Antonio and Hixon Properties for the Make Ready Dusty Boot Tour. Get a sneak peek at River North’s newest neighborhood meet up spot nestled between Broadway and the San Antonio River. The food hall, Make Ready Market, is located in a former Cavender Cadillac dealership building where cars were polished or “made ready” before being turned over to customers.
With the building renovation completed in early 2023, vendor construction is set to start in April 2023. Make Ready Market restaurant concepts will include burgers, fries and shakes by Orderup owner David Galbreath; Mexican food by Chilaquil and El Diente de Oro owner Orlando Aguirre; sweet and savory pies by Austin-based Tiny Pies; Venezuelan cuisine by Austin-based Four Brothers; and beer, wine, cider, frozen cocktails and paletas by Zach Garza, a restaurateur and chef who will manage the food hall. Make Ready Market is slated for a Summer 2023 opening.
