(SOLD OUT) ULI San Antonio Insiders Preview Tour of Make Ready Market with Hixon Properties
Join ULI San Antonio and Hixon Properties for the Make Ready Dusty Boot Tour. Space is limited, so save your spot now to get a sneak peek at River North’s newest neighborhood meet up spot nestled between Broadway and the San Antonio River. Those in attendance will enjoy hearing project highlights from the development team while taste testing food and libations from a few of the new vendors. Small group tours will be available afterwards. Free parking available in lot on 8th Street between Broadway and Avenue B. 
The food hall, Make Ready Market, is located in a former Cavender Cadillac dealership building where cars were polished or “made ready” before being turned over to customers. With the building renovation completed in early 2023, vendor construction is set to start in April 2023. Two Austin-based concepts will land at the food hall, including Tiny Pies and Venezuelan restaurant Four Brothers. Orlando Aguirre of Chilaquil at Pearl's Bottling Department will join Make Ready with the new Pescado Bravo, which, from the looks of it, will be serving some hot fish. Other food spots confirmed for the development include Asian fried chicken concept Thai Bird and burger joint EET UP, from the same folks behind Orderup. Mila Coffee opens May 1st. Make Ready Market is slated for a Summer 2023 opening.
