    THE ROCK AT LA CANTERA
    The Rock at La Cantera is a multi-phase $500 million legacy project that will extend across 45 acres and feature a human performance research center, a 22-acre park, a state-of-the-art Spurs performance center, a public outdoor event plaza and space for medical, hospitality and office use. The ambitious concept creates an environment that fosters new conversations and capitalizes on resources in our region to drive human performance.

    300 MAIN
    300 Main is a 354-unit multifamily development within the heart of Downtown San Antonio. Situated on the corner of East Travis Street and North Main Avenue, the 32-story tower will offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of San Antonio showcased on the twenty-fifth floor Sky Lounge. With a 94-walk score, 305 Soledad will be a vital component of the Downtown renaissance attracting residents seeking high-end urban living in a walkable location with accessibility to all San Antonio has to offer.

    THE ‘68 APARTMENTS AT HEMISFAIR
    The ’68 is the first mixed-use project to be built in the heart of Hemisfair. This impressive 8-story, 151-unit building offered locals the first opportunity in 50 years to live and park on the Hemisfair grounds. The building was designed to maximize views of the park and downtown San Antonio for every resident and includes both market rate and affordable living options.

    Bruce C. Petersen
    Executive Managing Director and Co-Chief Operating Officer
    Affinius Capital

    Bruce Petersen serves as Co-COO and Executive Managing Director of Investments for Affinius Capital. Bruce oversees Affinius Capital's commercial investment activities to include acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets and joint ventures, as well as a national team of real estate professionals that secure development, acquisition, and mortgage loan opportunities. He also has responsibility for two large scale horizontal developments - one in San Antonio called La Cantera and one in Phoenix called Norterra. Bruce chairs Affinius Capital's Operations Advisory Group and is a member of the firm's Investment and Executive Committees.

    Prior to joining Affinius Capital in 1986 (formerly known as USA Real Estate Co.), Bruce was responsible for leasing and marketing for the Great America Companies in San Antonio and was also an independent tenant representative broker with Grieshaber & Roberts Leasing Company, specializing in office and industrial leasing.

    Bruce received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a current Advisory Board member for the Master of Real Estate program at the Texas A&M, Mays Business School. Bruce also holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).


    Mark Jensen
    Vice President
    Weston Urban

    Serving as Vice President, Mark brings a passion for urban revitalization and commitment to quality development to the Weston Urban team. With wide experience in multifamily product types and various markets, he is focused on creating vibrant residential communities that contribute to the density and diversity of downtown. Mark has a successful track record of multifamily development from project origination through construction execution and stabilization and has been instrumental in the creation of thousands of residential units in Texas and other regions of the country.

    Before Joining Weston Urban, previous employers include Landmark Properties, The NRP Group, Sares-Regis Group, and the Taubman Company. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.


    David Adelman
    Principal
    AREA Real Estate

    David M. Adelman is the Founder and Principal of AREA Real Estate, LLC. David oversees development and asset management for a portfolio of mixed-use, industrial and office properties. He is also involved with other investment ventures, including a variety of private equity investments. While having a strong emphasis on mixed-use housing, industrial properties and office buildings, his experience is broad-based, including land, traditional multi-family and retail deals.

    A native of San Antonio, Mr. Adelman is known for his vast knowledge of the city and for his ability to close even the most complicated deals. Having purchased his first rental property while in high school, David officially began his real estate career in Austin, Texas in 1989 while attending The University of Texas and continues to be a devout Longhorn fan. He has been married to wife, Sharon, since 1995 and has two daughters, Katherine and Ally.

    David is involved in numerous community-related Board and committees, including the newly formed ITC Centennial 1968. He is a founding member and Past-Chair of the local chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI San Antonio) and currently on the Board of Centro San Antonio. He has a strong interest in public education and formerly served as the Vice Chair of the Citizens Oversight Committee for the $515M SAISD Bond Program. Additionally, David has had significant involvement with KIPP San Antonio and served as Co-Chair of the Facilities Committee. He is a Past-President for Temple Beth-El Board of Trustees. He is also a member of the Investment Committee at Temple Beth-El, which stewards all of the endowments. Consistent with his strong views on environmental sustainability, David is a member of the local advisory board of The Nature Conservancy. Most recently, David has joined the Board of Trustees at University of the Incarnate Word and also serves on the Finance Committee

    Figurd Development

    With 18 years of experience leading international design and development teams, Pegy has contributed to construction budgets ranging from $1m to $2b in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Currently, she is the Founder and Principal of Figurd Development, a design-integrated, urban infill multifamily development firm who operates San Antonio, Texas, USA.

    Figurd is currently working on two new communities in the San Antonio area with a combined value of $74m. Pegy shapes the concept, investment structure, team, and sales strategy for each project. She holds a First Professional Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s of Business Administration in Financial Investing from Cornell University.
