Join ULI San Antonio's Young Leaders for the next in a monthly series of Happy Hours on the third Thursday of every month. This month's mixer for ULI members will be held at Cuishe Cocina Mexicana in St. Paul Square.
Cuische (pronounced KWEE-sheh) specializes in interior Mexican cuisine and is run by the team behind tapas outpost Toro Kitchen + Bar and executive chef Juan Carlos Baza. Cuishe invites you to discover Central Mexico by delivering native flavors through authentic recipes, beverages and an intricately cured wine list. They focus on providing a full array of Mezcal and Tequilas from a wide variety of agaves. Cuishe introduces “Mexologia”, a unique way of incorporating traditional Mexican heritage and flavors into their spirits and cocktails menu.
