Come be inspired at the ULI San Antonio Local Member Council IdeaFest, to be held in the intimate Carlos Alvarez Studio Theater at The Tobin Center on November 20, 2025 from 5:00 - 7:30 pm. Throughout the evening, each of the seven LMCs - Commercial, Urban Core, Mobility, Placemaking, Neighborhood Development, Housing and Adaptive Reuse - will give fun, “rapid-fire” presentations covering a myriad of topics related to land use and development in San Antonio. It should prove to be an insightful evening and lead to some great conversation with ULI San Antonio Local Member Council members and guests.
