Join us at the Witte Museum on October 12 for an informational & comprehensive workshop that focuses on infill development in the center city & the role that various key City and San Antonio departments and partners play in the process.
Registration opens at 1:00pm, followed by a welcome from Mayor Nirenberg and City Manager Sheryl Sculley at 1:30pm. The program continues with a session on Infill Development Opportunities and City Incentives, along with breakout sessions on the development process, financing, neighborhood improvement bonds and historic tax incentives. A panel discussion on the Case for Downtown Retail will be next, ending with a networking mixer in the Witte Dinosaur Exhibit Room concluding at 6:00pm.
